Setting up email in Outlook

We will use Microsoft Outlook for Mac as the example for setting up this email client.

Start Microsoft Outlook. Choose “Outlook → Settings”, then “+” or “New”.

Enter the email address you created and click “Continue”.

Choose “IMAP”.

Email address: the email address you created

Username: the email address you created

Password: the one you set when you created the email address

Incoming mail server: mail.your-domain.com

IMAP port: 993 / POP3 port: 995

Outgoing server: mail.your-domain.com

SMTP port: 465

You can also find the current settings for your email client in cPanel, under Email Accounts → Connect Devices → Mail Client Manual Settings, or by using “Configure Mail Client”.

That completes the Microsoft Outlook setup.
